Life Update kononnya

Assalamualaikum old folks,

I am sorry I didn't update about my life here in UK that frequent anymore (or worst, none for this term!). Obviously was so busy and still am. And definitely more workload and commitments. 

One of the reason i still have not give up on this blog is simply because writing posts improves my writing skill (i hope) and helps me develop my cognitivity and vocabulary as well as verbally (because i tend to speak what's in my mind out loud haha).

Nothing much going on with life except my exams are in 2 weeks and wallahu I just started revising my notes for the first time because I was too focused on my third year project before. Yet i still have to meet my supervisor next week. Hence, extra work for researching. Oh oh got 6/10 for project presentation that day. Was pretty excited because that was the first official formal presentation in the UK. Time for suit up, aint it?! Hahaha and and last weekend, Sheffield had snow falling for an hour :D Not to forget my Sheffield Malaysian Games, we're working real hard to make it the best for players and everyone who will come. Dont forget, 20th Feb 2016 hehehe.

In A Blink of Eye

Assalamualaikum folks.

Omg guys, sedar tak sedar dah August. 5 weeks since I came back home. Then, I was sorting my pictures out and I saw my selfies. Duh... hahaha

Anddddd, I miss Sheffield.
And utmost, I miss my room!

PS: Teringat azab angkat barang nak move ke rumah baru. Exhausting, dehydrating and selamat lah 20 pounds spend on taxis! Aiyaaaa :/

Home bound

Alhamdulillah.

After that pleasant 18 hours flight with Qatar Airways, I am finally home, safe and sound. Yeah pleasant, minus the fact that the pressure was so high I might hurt my ears. Truly painful, almost unbearable! Bingit sangat telinga but it's gone by now. Travelled solo but luckily met some Malaysians from Manchester Airport so yeah okaylah, not bad. 11A seat for both flight with no company beside - made it even better, all place to myself. Haha actually the second ada orang but she kindly moved because she heard me requesting for another place :P 

The food were all delicious but it would be better if the portion is larger haha because sikit sangatlah untuk seorang yang berpuasa 19 jam dan ke hulu hilir mengangkat barang untuk ditumpangkan ke rumah orang before she takes a train to Manchester and yada yada yada. Pokoknya, sikit je. Such a hungry lady haha. 

And the sky was mesmerizing! Subhanallah, all shades of colour. Saw the sun sets and rises. You see the first picture, camera really did not do justice. It was way more prettier! I really thank God for the experience :) Truly grateful! Now next time I wanna go back UK with love ones hehehe.

Final paper had just ended. Oklah, im convinced insyaAllah. Few days left before home. Hence, shifting out very very soon. So ya, I'm pretty sure I'm going to miss this space of mine hehe.

It's not a goodbye

Assalamualaikum folks,

My final exams is just 2 weeks away. But I can't stop myself from writing this. Just a short one, promise!

So today there's May Fayre happening in Weston Park, Sheffield. It's like funfair, family kind of entertainment event. Sheffield University Samba Band was invited to perform. This is an annual gig that everyone in the band looks forward to. Some were gutted not being able to join today. And it was this event (apart from the show during Freshers' Week) that drew my attention to this band. Oh how happy I am to get the chance to perform in the bandstand which used to be shared by several famous band. Hehehe I can now crossed out this one from my list. 

Anyways, I am equally sad that this has to be our final gig. Lots of faces will be gone next year. Some are done with U, some goes for internship and some decided to just leave. But life goes on! I'm pretty sure there will be new talents and amazing people to meet :)

InsyaAllah, niat senior nak teruskan legacy Melayu Malaysian dalam band ni akan ditunaikan. 

Thanks for the wonderful year together, baterias!
